From the folksy songs of Dramtreeo we will go into the parlor with a live presentation by Dwight Davis recreating his popular WHRO show From the Parlor. Then we take a journey back to the Baroque period with authentic instruments to replicate the sounds of  the time presented by the Wren Masters. We conclude the series with the enchanting vocal skills of Cantor Jennifer Rueben. 

For each subscription to the entire series ordered by June 30th -your name will be entered into a drawing to be held at the first concert on July 18th for a chance to win:

Advance tickets are $20 per show. Tickets are $25 at the door.
Students and Military ( with ID) are $10 each concert.

A five member acoustic folk group, featuring the traditional music of North America, the British Isles, and the seven seas. An eclectic mix of songs reflects the joys and sorrows, hard work and hard luck, the high spirits and humor of ordinary people from around the world.

From The Parlor Goes Live


Dwight Davis takes you back to a more genteel time, when music was made in the home. Enjoy songs that were sung around the piano after dinner, works played on the old upright in the parlor, great singers from the past.

Cantor Jennifer Rueben is the cantor at Norfolk’s Ohef Sholom Temple.                  

Cantor Rueben will present a varied program of opera, musical theatre, and Jewish cantorial and popular music.
